PAYMENT AND WARRANTY

Payment procedures

INCOMAX, LDA will receive the transactions with confirmation of the order, being obliged to refund the respective price in case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal (right of free resolution) by the Customer, if applicable, as defined in the legislation of Defense Consumer

INCOMAX, LDA will not be able to register and/or keep in its possession the data related to the cards used: card number, expiration date and security code.

INCOMAX, LDA undertakes to report to the competent entities any fraud or error regarding the use of any card of which it is aware, or for the period necessary for the analysis and decision to return transactions by the issuing entity due to the rejection of the same transactions cardholders, suspend the provision of services.

Payment methods

INCOMAX, LDA offers its customers two payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Paypal

Bank transfer

The Customer must proceed with the bank transfer of the total amount indicated in the order to the NIB or IBAN indicated in the order and which we reproduce here:

  • NIB: 0079 0000 55912463101 92
  • IBAN: PT50 0079 0000 55912463101 92
  • BIC/SWIFT: BPNPPTPL

The bank transfer must be completed within 1 (one) week from the moment the order was placed. After that time, the order will be canceled.

To simplify the handling of your order, the Customer should, when possible, at the time of bank transfer, insert the order number for payment.

After making the bank transfer, a copy of the receipt must be sent by email to comercial@incomax.pt indicating the order number.

As soon as the payment is confirmed, INCOMAX, LDA will start the final order processing.

Warranty

  • Equipment under Warranty

INCOMAX, LDA guarantees the conformity of the commercialized products under the terms of the Portuguese law.

Under the provisions of Decree-Law No. 84/2021 of 18 October, all products sold in new condition will be subject to a 3-year warranty of conformity.

The products purchased in our online store have a 3-year warranty, counting from the date of shipment.  However, if a defect occurs or becomes apparent during the last year of the guarantee, the consumer is obliged to prove that the defect already existed when the goods were delivered. In the first two years of the guarantee, however, this is not necessary. In the case of a defective product, you must communicate it to INCOMAX LDA, which will be in charge of managing this process.

Consumable products, whose regular use means their destruction or disposal, due to their specific nature may, depending on the manufacturer, have a warranty period of less than 3 years.

It should be noted that this condition applies only to items purchased as from 1st January 2022. For items purchased on dates prior to the above, the previous terms of Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of 8th April, apply and will be subject to a warranty of conformity of 2 years on new items and 12 months for used and refurbished items.

  • Repair Service Warranty

INCOMAX LDA's repair service warranty is 90 days from the date of completion of service. This limited warranty does not affect the legal rights established by national legislation, on the new components used in the repair. The guarantee for repairs does not cover the following conditions:

  • Physical damage (broken/ damaged/ corroded/ warped equipment, etc.);
  • Improper use, damage caused by falls, negligence, fire, water, electrical, atmospheric disturbances, etc;
  • Damage caused by transport carried out by the Customer or third parties on its behalf;
  • The use of options or consumables that are not appropriate for the equipment in question;
  • During this period, the equipment has suffered technical intervention, with manpower and parts alien to the services of INCOMAX LDA;
  • The previous repair was made under the customer's request and responsibility.

Unauthorized alterations, repairs, reconstructions or paintings are not allowed, if they occur, the warranty is void.

All equipment that needs to be repaired, both inside and outside the warranty period, must be delivered directly to INCOMAX, LDA - Estrada dos Guilhermes, Pav. 6, Zona Industrial Casal da Lebre, 2430-021 Marinha Grande, Portugal. All costs inherent in transporting the equipment to our facilities are the responsibility of the Customer.

INCOMAX, LDA assumes no responsibility for damage or loss caused by failure of the incubator, failure of electrical components or low birth rates.

"All equipment is accompanied with a manual, an incubation guide and a hygiene plan. CE certificates will be provided whenever requested."
