In compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law No. 67/98, of 26 October, it is hereby informed that the processing of personal data collected on the website is the responsibility of INCOMAX, LDA, headquartered at Estrada dos Guilhermes, Pav. 6, Zona Industrial Casal da Lebre, 2430-021 Marinha Grande, Portugal.
The information that the Customer communicates in the system is intended for processing orders, issuing invoices and, in general, providing access to authenticated system services.
All data provided by Customers, who are responsible for their veracity, are stored in the INCOMAX, LDA database, which guarantees their confidentiality.
All Customers have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the communication of their data. The exercise of this right can be done by email to email@example.com, in writing, to the address of the head office, or using the functionality accessible in your private area, available after authentication in the system, to proceed with your direct change.
The data collected by INCOMAX, LDA can also be used to communicate, by any means (namely by SMS, electronic mail, written, etc.), to customers, commercial or advertising promotions, unless otherwise stated.
The Client expressly authorizes that the data in this registration, as well as all that are obtained during the development of contractual relations between both parties, can be used by INCOMAX, LDA and its associated companies, with the purpose of offering items and services that may be of interest to you.
The registration process in the system implies the use of an email address and a password, chosen by each Client, which identify the user in the system. These data must be personal and non-transferable, and must not be written in easily accessible places.
The system allows the Customer to request the generation of a new password indicating the email address registered in the system, in which he will receive the new password without human intervention.
The system allows the Customer to register, modify and delete alternative entities and addresses that can be used in the ordering process.
