This first day brooder birds has the walls, the roof-doors and the lower tray made of galvanized sheet. Its floor is made of wire mesh and immediately below is the removable tray for collecting the excrement of the chicks for an easy and comfortable cleaning and disinfection.
The brooder comes equipped with a feeder and a drinker of first age and a heating system (with hanger kit, conical reflector with protection and an infrared lamp) to provide the chicks with healthy heating at the times that are needed.

The raised floor of the brooder measures 94x45cm (0.42m²) and has a capacity for 50 chicks, distributed in warm heated zone, or room temperature, according to the needs of the birds at each moments, thus improving their comfort. The side walls and the door sheets, perforated with Ø12.5mm holes, allow an interior and comfortable view and efficient ventilation, preventing harmful air currents, as well as the access to the interior of rodents and other vermin.

The brooder can be operated on a table or on the floor.
