The Dipstick Thermometer is composed of:
  • an Analog Clock with a scale in degrees Celsius (°C);
  • a pointed stick;
  • a Clip (to easily help fix the thermometer).
Function:
  • This Thermometer is recommended to read the water temperature before and during the scalding process.
Other Applications:
  • It is also indicated to measure the temperature during the preparation of meals: liquids (water and oils), solids (food) and semi-solids (porridge).
Directions for Scalding:
  • Only dip the Thermometer Dipstick at least until the mark (two small cavities) and fix it through the Clip inside the scaler structure or other equivalent container;
  • The Thermometer Clock must remain out of contact with water;
  • The ideal temperature for scalding is considered to be 70°C, but this must be adjusted according to the age and species concerned;
  • After use, clean the Thermometer with a damp cloth.
